Advocating STEM…

The Robostangs were fortunate enough to get invited to the State Capitol building by the Michigan government. We were given the opportunity to demonstrate our robot and talk about our team to several government officials, including several state senators. Several other kids from a variety of ages and backgrounds were also there, so we were able to learn about a lot of new technologies and STEM principles. It took place on December 5th in Lansing, and it was a great honor to receive the privilege to be able to present our team at the Michigan State government office. Although the opportunity offered the team great exposure and knowledge, the chance to meet the great representatives of the state of Michigan was the best part about it.
